We currently ship orders across India. Delivery availability depends on the serviceability of our courier and logistics partners in your location.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated based on the number of plants/items in your order, packaging requirements, and delivery location.
We may revise shipping charges from time to time depending on courier partner rates, special offers, or seasonal conditions.
Occasionally, Prakruthy Exotic Plants may offer free shipping during promotions, sales, or on specific order values/accounts.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 working days after payment confirmation.
During high-demand seasons, sales, or special events, order processing may take slightly longer.
You will receive an order confirmation email/WhatsApp notification once your order is successfully placed.
4. Delivery Timelines
Standard delivery timelines are 5–12 working days, depending on your location and courier partner serviceability.
Rural or remote areas may take longer for delivery.
Delivery delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, or unforeseen situations are beyond our control, but we will assist you in tracking your order.
5. Shipment Tracking
At present, tracking details are not displayed directly on our website.
Customers may be redirected to the courier partner’s tracking portal (if available) to check delivery status.

6. Packaging & Handling
All plants are packed carefully with proper protection to ensure safe transit.
Despite our best efforts, minor cosmetic damages (like slight leaf bends or soil displacement) may occur during transportation, which are natural and not covered under replacement.
7. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Orders with incorrect/incomplete addresses or repeated failed delivery attempts may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
8. Change in Shipping Policy
We reserve the right to modify shipping charges, courier partners, and delivery timelines at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page.
