- Damaged or Defective Products: If your plant or product is damaged during shipping or arrives defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a full refund or send a replacement plant.
- Incorrect Products: If you receive an incorrect product (e.g., the wrong type of plant), please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a return and replacement.
- Change of Mind: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or plants that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
2. Refund Process
- Eligibility for Refund: To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as you received them.
- Refund Requests: If you wish to request a refund for a damaged or defective item, please send us an email at honeymax1@gmail.com with your order details, photos of the damaged product, and any relevant information. Once we receive your request, we will process it promptly.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
3. Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Plants that have been opened or repotted
- Perishable items
- Gift cards (if applicable)
4. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: If you’re returning an item due to damage, defect, or receiving the wrong product, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- Original Shipping Charges: If the return is due to a change of mind, the original shipping charges will not be refunded, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
