Return & Refund Policy

At Prakruthy Exotic Plants, every plant is handpicked, packed, and shipped with utmost care. Since our products are live plants, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or provide refunds once an order is confirmed and dispatched.

1. No Refund Policy

Payments made for orders are non-refundable.
We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances.

2. Replacement Policy

We may offer a replacement only under the following conditions:

The product delivered is completely different from what you ordered.
The replacement request is raised within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/videos).
The case is verified and approved by our support team.

Note: Minor cosmetic damages (like leaf bends, small spots, or slight soil displacement) during transit are natural and do not qualify for replacement.

3. Process for Replacement

Customers must contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 24 hours of delivery.
Proof of the issue (clear pictures/videos of the delivered plant) must be provided.
After verification, if eligible, we will ship a replacement plant.
Replacement timelines depend on product availability and logistics.

4. Exceptions

Requests made beyond 24 hours of delivery will not be considered.
No replacement is provided for incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts caused by the customer.
